Shipping Conditions
Delivery will be made to the address provided in the shipping details at the time of purchase. The customer agrees to provide accurate and understandable shipping information.
Delivery Times
In the Mainland
- Same-day shipping if payment is made before 13:00 on weekdays.
- Bank transfer payments may take up to 24 hours to process.
- Delivery within 24 hours, though it may extend to 48 hours depending on the courier service.
- Cost: €4.99. Free for orders over €30.
- We do not accept claims for delays caused by the courier service.
To the Islands (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands)
- Shipping within 7 to 10 days, depending on Correos (Spanish postal service).
- Cost: €10. Free for orders over €120.
International Shipping

- Approximate cost: €12 for medium-sized packages.
Orders and Availability
Orders placed before 13:00 will be shipped the same day, provided the product is in stock and payment is received immediately (we recommend using a credit card or PayPal). Excluding Saturdays and holidays; in these cases, shipping will be made the next business day.
Out-of-Stock Products
If the product is out of stock, shipping will be delayed depending on availability. If the delay exceeds 10 days, we will contact you to manage your order.
During Shipping
The courier service will attempt delivery, and if you're not at home, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Please provide a mobile phone number to facilitate communication.
Returns
If the item arrives damaged, contact us and send a photo of the product so we can process the exchange or return. For returns for other reasons, contact us for the return address. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Personalized items (embroidery, engraving, etc.) are not eligible for return.
